Bandwidth intensive applications or websites?

I need to find some applications that I can run that will be able to run continuously for a couple of hours and take up a load of bandwidth.

Currently all I can think of doing is setting up a ton of video streaming pages and leaving them to run, or maxing out the settings on my automated back up app.
