How to calculate spring back force of tube o-ring
Hello everyone,
Here is a type of tube metal 0-ring, material SS321. I am wondering how to calculate the sping back force once it is compressed. O-ring ID 2.375", Cross-section OD is .062", compressed height is .050". Wall thickness .010". Seating load 550 lbs/inch circumference. Can anyone help me? |
