Selective wet etching of Silicon

shivarai7	Selective wet etching of Silicon Tweet Can Si be selectively wet etched when deposited on GaAs? What chemistry will work for this. The Si might not be single crystal. I am looking for a chemistry where i can etch Si on GaAs without etching GaAs.
