Carbon Aramid vs Carbon fiber honeycomb core

anyone knows the differences between carbon aramid and carbon fiber from the aspect of weight/mass ( per 1 m square ), density ( per 1m square ), strength and elasticity?
if i have carbon aramid honeycomb core, can it be coated by carbon fiber layer so it will become carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich with carbon aramid core?
and can someone enlighten me about phenolic resin?
