how to apply Warren-Averbach method?

hi everyone!

Anybody know about the Warren-Averbach method? I have studied its theory but i could not understand how we can apply to measured XRD pattern, This method describe the convolution of Fourier transform. The main problem is that how we can apply Fourier transform to "measured XRD data" IS there any software that can apply this method?
