Fractional taylor series?...


Two months ago i read an article about and equivalent integral expresion to taylor series...but i could not understand it very well and now i do not know where it is..it was about an integral equivalent to Taylor series in 1,2 or 3 dimensions..and an expresion of a fractional gradient. where could i find it?.
