How to incorporate professional experience on a CV for phd apps?

Where exactly would professional experience fit in with a CV that has sections including:

• education
• research experience
• scholarships and awards
• publications
• teaching
• activities
• references

Would I put it under a new subsection called professional experience? Should that new field be above research experience?

The experience in question is full-time employment at a place that is very relevant to a phd project I'm applying for.
