Poor dog and poor you. I would be devastated if some severe illness afflicted Duke. He's my constant companion.

They ran lots of test including ultrasound. He's probably right but I've been hoping for this miracle.

Get a second opinion dl. Fruit Bat died because of his vet's mistake. Your daughter's dog is so beautiful, so sad.

Well you never know with doggies. My aunt has a dog and she (the dog) was swelling. When she took her to the vet they told my aunt that something was wrong with one of the dog's organs and even if my aunt pays for them to drain the fluid from the dog, the dog will die in two months. They were encouraging her to put the dog down. This was the beginning of this year. She paid to drain the fluids from her dog twice and the dog is still alive and has not had any more swelling and is doing well.

Took my dog to the park to play catch. This time I used a boomerang. He never caught on, somehow.

If gun-confiscators get their dreams fulfilled, they would have a very slim pay-back here. I have a couple of semi-auto pistols for home defense (one dating to 1943), but my hunting guns are a Ruger M1 single-shot rifle and an antique Ithaca 16 gauge side-by-side. I have a couple of Winchester lever-actions, too, but they are not much of a threat.
