You could bust it up some. "Here are some of my skills. I believe that they might be valuable to your company."
This is at the bottom, a closing sentence.

I think I'll go with "that".

I would not say "here are some of my skills". I would be more precise, "My skills that would benefit...

or is it "My skills which would benefit...

Anyway cut back on unnecessary verbiage.

This isn't worth starting a new thread about, but it's hardly random .

Please tell me what is proper grammar:
  1. These are some of my skills that would serve Acme Manufacturing well.
  2. These are some of my skills which would serve Acme Manufacturing well.

"That" versus "which"...sigh!

I'm leaning towards "that".
. . . skills that would serve . . . well, and as Evo indicated, minimize verbiage - be succinct.

I'm signing you kids up as army recruiters.

We need to enunciate the focus words though; Skills that would Serve Well.

All good dogs dye young?

My daughters 1/2 Sheep dog, 1/2 Black Lab isn't even two years old and we've learned his kidneys are failing. The vet told her he needs to be put down; that he couldn't understand why he's up and acting happy when he must be in severe pain.

Oh dear. That's so young.

Please extend my condolences.

Poor dog and poor you. I would be devastated if some severe illness afflicted Duke. He's my constant companion.

BTW, dlg, that is one handsome dog.

They ran lots of test including ultrasound. He's probably right but I've been hoping for this miracle.

Get a second opinion dl. Fruit Bat died because of his vet's mistake. Your daughter's dog is so beautiful, so sad.

Well you never know with doggies. My aunt has a dog and she (the dog) was swelling. When she took her to the vet they told my aunt that something was wrong with one of the dog's organs and even if my aunt pays for them to drain the fluid from the dog, the dog will die in two months. They were encouraging her to put the dog down. This was the beginning of this year. She paid to drain the fluids from her dog twice and the dog is still alive and has not had any more swelling and is doing well.
