OMG, Obama is the first president to have beer brewed in the White House.
I did not know that. Ale to the Chief! And my thanks to President Carter, for making it ok for all of us to do that. (hic!)

OMG! I am learning so much today. (Thank you MLKJ*r for giving me the day off.)
Obama made his first tweet on a Macbook Pro. ![]() I bought my first Macbook Pro just three days ago. I cannot stop playing with it, nor stop making twit type tweets all over PF. ![]() *Has anyone else noticed that MLKJ is JKLM backwards? |

OMG! Obama was the first president to introduce a honey bee hive to the White House.
[OBAMA VOICE] Who, says "Change", is just a bunch of metallic objects, you search for, underneath, sofa cushions, when you've run out of, beer money..... [/OBAMA VOICE] ps. I also bought a 32 gigabyte flashdrive on Friday. It's always fun, on my path from childhood to old age, to translate gigabytes of storage capacity to $$$ over the years: 1975: 32 gigabytes would have cost you ~$13,504,000,000 (yes, that's billion, with a "B") 1980: 32 gigabytes would have cost you ~$6,000,000 (yes, that's million, with an "M") Friday: $25 (yup. twenty five bucks....) Ha! Screw all those who would point their fingers and call me a hoarder/pack rat: January 1975 Popular Electronics, page 36, left column, near the bottom: "Bear in mind that only 17 cards will yield 65,000 words of memory" Memory cards? WTH is a memory card? How on earth did people function back then!?!? I shall not go back to the year I was born, 1959, as that would just be ridiculous: $2,174,327,200,000 (yes. that's a "T", as in trillion, for 32 gigabytes of memory. Tubes were/are a bit more expensive to manufacture than, then this vacuum tube sized device sitting on my newly discovered coffee table. |

I googled, and found out, that the planet above the moon, is Jupiter.
And now it is a bit to the right. |
