This picture isn't a "favorite", or as impressive as the pictures already posted here, but many of my friends are usually impressed that I can sometime get to see this when I go in to work (keep in mind that I live in the city, and most of my friends are city folks). :)

This is what I came across one early morning as I'm walking from the car to my building. I took this shot right in the front lawn of the building - in fact, it is outside of my office window also. They are white deer, and no, they're not albino.
