Washing machine drain pump motor type

Hi guys!

recently I have changed my washing machine drain pump (looks like this http://www.yourspares.co.uk/parts/ys...C00273407.aspx) and I am just curious what type of the motor is used? There is like a transformer on the back but there are no brushes (at least I cannot see them). If you have any suggestions please write!

Brush motors are a lot of hassle for that sort of application. It will almost certainly be an induction motor and the ones I've seen looked like Shaded Pole types. Not very efficient but trouble free and cheap and they don't run for long over the life of the machine.
