MSc Physics: PhD & NET/GATE Options After Distance Ed.

In summary, the person is studying M.Sc. in physics through distance education under Berhampur University and is wondering if they can pursue a PhD after completing their degree. They also ask about opportunities for internships and mention that their university is UGC recognized. Another person responds by saying that they haven't heard of anyone doing M.Sc. physics through distance education, but if the university is recognized, they can attempt NET or GATE. They also suggest approaching faculty for internships.
