Quick question re 4-d membrane in ADD model

In ADD model (proposed by Arkani-Hamed, Dimopoulos, and Dvali in 1998), the 4-dimensional membrane, to which the fields of the Standard Model are confined, are the traditional 3 spatial dimensions + time?

Or are they all 4 spatial dimensions?
