Has anybody ever bought an international edition of a physics textbook? Are they significantly different from the U.S. version? (Same problems except with only SI units?)

for Maths, they are usually identical beside the cover, quality of paper and spelling. If you are not needed to do homework, international version would not affect your learning at all.

I have an international edition of Classical Mechanics by Goldstein. It has lower quality paper (you can nearly see through it!) but all of the problems are the same. The publication information contains some chinese but other than that it is all english.
