Here is a full list of operations for opening up a window:1. Note any cracks or defects in the existing window frame.2. Remove any glass, glazing bars, and other components from the window frame.3. Erect flying shores, which are temporary wooden support beams that help to support the walls around the window.4. Install needles, which are steel rods attached to the flying shores that help to spread the load.5. Install dead shores, which are horizontal wooden beams or frames that help to brace and stabilize the window frame.6. Secure the dead shores with nails or screws.7. Install additional cross bracing and other structural supports as needed.8. Start dismantling the dead shores once the window frame is stable.

I would first like to commend you for seeking assistance in ensuring the safe and proper sequence of operations for opening up a window. It is important to follow a specific order to prevent any accidents or damage to the structure. Here is a suggested sequence of operations for opening up a window:

1. Assess the window: Before beginning any work, it is important to note any cracks or defects in the window. This will help determine the best course of action for opening it up.

2. Prepare the area: Clear the area around the window and make sure there is enough space for the operation to take place.

3. Remove any glass or other materials: Carefully remove any glass or other materials that may be blocking the window.

4. Erect flying shores: Flying shores are temporary supports that will help hold up the structure while the window is being opened. These should be erected in a specific order to ensure stability.

5. Remove needles: Once the flying shores are in place, the needles can be removed. These are temporary supports that were holding up the structure.

6. Dismantle dead shores: Dead shores are another type of temporary support that were used to hold up the structure. These can now be dismantled as the flying shores are providing support.

7. Open the window: With all the temporary supports in place, it is now safe to open the window. Carefully follow any instructions or guidelines for opening the specific type of window.

8. Secure the window: Once the window is open, secure it in place using any necessary mechanisms or tools.

9. Remove flying shores: With the window securely open, the flying shores can now be removed.

10. Clean up: Finally, clean up the area and make sure all tools and materials are properly stored.

It is important to follow this sequence of operations to ensure the safety of yourself and the structure. I would also recommend consulting with a professional or following any specific guidelines provided by the manufacturer for opening the window. Safety should always be the top priority in any construction or renovation project.
