I decided to learn physics but it would be fair to say that I don't know much about it. Fortunately, I have done some calculus when I was in college. So, I don't instantly freeze up and cringe when I see some math. Nevertheless,I want to use "user-friendly" resources to start learning physics. I saw some introductory physics books used in college and they are all bulky and don't appear to be introductory all that much. Anyway, maybe I will use all kinds of resources but if there's a/are book(s) that is synonymous with "layman's guide to physics" please tell me. I hope other noobs would appreciate it too.
Thanks.
