In summary, "Authority without these" refers to a lack of necessary qualities or support in an authority figure. This can lead to a breakdown of trust and stability and may have various consequences. However, in some cases, it can also bring about positive change. To address this issue, effective communication, building trust and support, and addressing underlying issues may be necessary. Individuals also play a crucial role in either supporting or challenging authority without these.

If I do not have potential for a cookie. To eat a cookie or a cookie of any kind.

Where does that leave the monetary and political world ? Not to mention the mating world.

Extend this condition to every man, woman, child. So they no longer can eat cookies or have consumer cookies. The potential for that is gone.

What happens now ?

Or more specifically, Where is hope ?
