Why is it that these things always pop up right at dusk? How come you never see them at 3pm in the afternoon on a bright sunny day when they're visible?

This is consistent with the behavior of other wild animals. For example, dusk and dawn are the most likely times to see a deer. Conversely, maybe it takes all day to get on those d*mned monkey suits!
The story is about a man who claims to have spotted a Bigfoot creature in the town of Glastenbury, VT. He reportedly saw the creature while hiking in the woods and managed to capture a photo as evidence.
The only evidence presented so far is the photo taken by the man. However, it has not been verified or confirmed by any scientific or credible source. The photo is also questionable as it is grainy and does not clearly show a Bigfoot creature.
There is no scientific evidence to support the existence of Bigfoot anywhere in the world, including Glastenbury, VT. Many sightings and claims have been debunked as hoaxes or misidentifications. Therefore, the likelihood of a Bigfoot creature in Glastenbury is very low.
There are several possibilities for what the man could have seen instead of a Bigfoot. It could have been a bear, a large dog, or another person dressed in a costume. The photo is not clear enough to make a definitive identification.
Belief in Bigfoot and other cryptids is largely based on personal experiences, cultural beliefs, and the desire for mystery and excitement. Many people are also drawn to the idea of a hidden, undiscovered creature living in the wild. However, without solid scientific evidence, it remains a popular myth rather than a verified reality.
