Home structural design

Hello,
I am building a home for me in my country, and i asked 2 of my friends who are civil engineers to make the structural and steel design for the home.
I found a difference between the 2 designs so i don't know which one to use.
Solution 1: solution1.pdf
Solution 2: solution 2-map.pdf and solution 2 beams size : solution2-size.xls

Please which one of the 2 do you recommend and why?
