Hi,

How am I suppose to tell a computer what an undercut is? I myself am finding it hard to classify different features on a job as an undercut or not. Please help.

Can you be clearer? I guess it's a shaft and the computer is a CAD package? Can't you just model the undercut as a different radius with a different tolerance?
