Which Enemy of the Christian Faith Are You?

In summary, the atheist and the scientist/philosopher are both atheists. The heretic is a person who believes in a different religion than the Catholic priest. The Christian is someone who practices Christianity. The nothing is an empty category. The Catholic priest is someone who is a priest in the Catholic church.

Hey there! Hi there! Ho there!

Step right up and play the game that's got 'em talking from the Bible Belt to the Vatican!

Well, not really, but I thought it was funny. Play here:

I'm a philosopher/scientist, apparently. Oh well, I've been called worse.

  • #3
Ha,ha, these tests are so predictible...
Atheist, by the way

  • #4
I'm a philospher/scientist as well. I'm Agnostic myself.

Atheist. Big surprise there...

I came out atheist too. What did you have to answer to make philosopher/scientist?

  • #8
I'm an "Atheist" as well. What are the odds?

  • #9
I'm a "nothing". So true.

"You are one of Christianities worst enemies. While with enough evidence or persuasion, scientists, philosophers, even atheists could be converted to the side of the lord, you are utterly untouchable."

10. 4

selfAjoint: That got me philosopher/scientist.

  • #11
You philosopher/scientists keep working and studying. You'll make it to atheist some day. (sorry... couldn't help it.)

Moi aussi!

selfAjoint: That got me philosopher/scientist.

That's odd. The only answer I had on your list was 9.

Damn, I wanted to get "Nothing" like Check.

Hey! It made me an atheist and I don't want to be an atheist!
That's just not right.

By the way, I think Christianity is a wonderful religion. It's unfortunate that almost no one practices it.

Atheism is shallow, and truly pointless.
Given any belief system, has at it's crux some articles of faith ie: That science can answer all questions regarding the multi-universe. I shudder to think that any true advance in social engineering can occur, based on the concept that no higher power exists, and that each individual human being is free to raise any kind of havoc, with no qualms of ultimate answerability. True, Christianity is as guilty of that type of havoc as any other belief system, but I found a peace inside myself when I turned from atheist to believer, and could look to a power beyond me to anchor my world view.
Please understand that "believers" are not a priori morons, just people that look beyond what is called "the real world".

Philosopher/Scientist

Not to my surprise, I'm an Atheist.

Will you just play the darn game?

LOL! Seems I'm in good company. I'm an atheist too! Very funny game.

What's a nothing? I might have to go back and play with different answer choices to see if I can get that to come up!

Philosopher/scientist.

Too many questions were missing options that I would have liked to pick. I was forced to settle for 'next best' very often, even if that was far from my best answer.

Ooooo...Tom's angry

Ain't no God-fearing Christians out here ? PF will be accused of group-think.

It will let you be a Christian if you were one. I went back and chose all those "God" options, and it came up with a rather snarky thing saying something along the lines of "you're not an enemy of the Christian Faith, you're one of them" and talked about blind following.

And if you choose all the Satan options (spending Sundays refreshing the supply of goats had me laughing), you can be a heretic.

I didn't even understand the answers to the question "what motivates you?" What motivates me to do what?

I believe it also said at the end of the quiz that Atheist was the "right answer". Is Scientist right or wrong or in between??

When I took the test, I was split between two different answers on a few of questions. When I took it again and changed 3 answers, I got Philospher/Scientist. The first time I was a nothing.

Geeze, how do you get to be an atheist?

To what? The unreal world?

I fall in with the pack, by the way. Atheist.

Atheist...that "Nothing" blurb is pretty funny, btw.

I'm a Nothing.

Ooh, I found a new character: the Catholic Priest! It seems by listing a lot of contradictory sounding things, you can get this one :)

http://robertandtim.topcities.com/quiz/christ/priest.html

They said there's 7 categories, and we've now found 6 of them (atheist, scientist/philosopher, heretic, Christian, nothing, Catholic priest). Okay, got to find out who the last character is...on your mark, get set...GO!

P.S. For those of you curious to see what it says about the other types: scientist/philosopher http://robertandtim.topcities.com/quiz/christ/philoscience.html

heretic http://robertandtim.topcities.com/quiz/christ/heretic.html

Christian http://robertandtim.topcities.com/quiz/christ/christian.html

****
Ya snooze you lose! Aha! I found it! The last "character" is...

drumroll please...

The Creationist!

LOL! You snuck that in while I was pasting in the last link :) That's cheating going to the directory! It was more fun my way, of trying all sorts of combinations. Apparently, the real requirement for changing almost anything into a Catholic Priest is to select "The rosy faced youth of today" under the question about motivation.

This was good amusement for the night.

 I agree!

If I read the javascript correctly, it goes like this:
mostly 1 responses = philoscience
mostly 2 responses = heretic
mostly 3 responses = creationist
mostly 4 responses = atheist
mostly 5 responses = priest
mostly 6 responses = christian
mostly 7 responses = nothing

I think it probably just takes an average, but I didn't look at it too hard.

Those wouldn't correspond to my selections. When I got philo/science I chose heavily on the 4's and above.

Yes, atheist + priest + nothing = philoscience !

  • #33
You're right, Evo, on closer inspection it looks like the choices correspond to different category variables to be incremented.

These appear to be the atheist choices:

1. 6
2. 2
3. 4
4. 1
5. 5
6. 2
7. 4
8. 6
9. 4
10. 4

I'm a Christian. Weird because I though I put down some Aethist-like answers. Oh well, guess I'm the only one here who likes to be Sabbathin' it up!

Atheist.

Wrong!
