What is the McDonald's Diet Experiment?

In summary, the video discusses a man who intentionally makes himself ill by only eating McDonald's food for a month as an experiment. Another person who did the same thing lost weight, but only ate salads and wraps. The experiment was based on the average American lifestyle and the lack of exercise and walking. A girl also did the experiment but did not limit herself to healthy options.

Well, there is another person who did the same thing as him but lost weight.

It came down to him doing absolutely nothing during the day.

That was part of his "experiment". He decided he was supposedly going to live like an average american and see what health effect a McDonalds diet would have. Supposedly the average american does very little walking each day and gets little to no excersize.

The guy who lost weight did so recently, after McDonalds added more healthy options to their menu, and he only ate salads and wraps.

A girl also did it, but didn't just eat salads and wraps. She ate cheeseburgers and all that too.
