Hi, I'm a 12th grade student and I need some help with my physics science fair project. My partner and I had previously chosen to select fuel cells as our topic because it has to be experimental. We've also chosen this because the project has to fit the fair's theme which is about helping the Earth or environment-friendly projects. So far, we've found a good model for our own experiment at http://www.fuelcells.org/ced/career/scienceproject.pdf but I'm not too sure about it. I don't think it fully grasps the concept of fuel cells and just really shows the process of electrolysis, but then, it might be tough to create a fully working model without buying it.

Basically, what I'm looking for is a different idea on how to display the actual process of the fuel cell or another project idea all-together. We prefer something that has to do with alternative energy sources because it fits the requirements pretty well (seeing as alternative energy is usually more environment-friendly than fossil fuels or nuclear power). Thanks in advance.
