This promises to be another difficult contest to vote on. It is filled with very strong and amazing pictures. So well done to everyone who participated. However, since we have so many strong pictures, voters are urged to put extra emphasis on how well each photo fit the theme. Our theme this week is on things that you can only see by looking up. Use this as the dominant criteria in choosing your picture.

Because there are 11 entries, which is just one more than what I can fit in a single poll, I'm withdrawing my entry so that we can do the voting in just one round.

The photo is nice and clean, but still has a good degree of interest about it. Nice shot Turbo-1.

Thanks, _Mayday_. As you should be able to tell from the blue in the sky, it wasn't totally dark yet, but the air was clear enough to get some detail at 400mm. That was hand-held, too - Canon's image stabilization feature is fantastic.

I felt like neutrino and larkspur's best captured the idea of "looking up" for me.
