Consider a cubic unit cell of a sc simple lattice (having only one atom in each unit cell) with an atom in its center. Does twocenter approximation (in tightbinding method) mean that we have to consider share of its six nearest neighbours' interactions or it means that we must consider interaction between this atom with only one of its nearest neighbours?
