It is so painfully trivial you should be really able to do it by yourself. Start Windows calculator, convert binaries to hex numbers, start character table (accessories/system tools), see what are characters of a given code.

Alternatively, google for binary code converter. Much faster, but also less fun and you won't learn anything in the process.

At least the text - after being translated - doesn't suggest it is a homework. But the thread should definitely land in a homework forum.
