Video capture from digital data using MATLAB

I am working on one project. In which I have CCD image sensor (Sony's ICX254AL ) and its output is connected to Analog Front End (TI's VSP2562). The output of Analog Front End (AFE) is 12 Bit Digital data at the rate of 9 MHz. I am thinking to use NI's PCIe 6535 as a data acquisition device to get those digital data in to computer using a MATLAB. Now I want to create a video file (preferably loss-less) in the MATLAB. I dont know how to proceed using a MATLAB or is there any other way to create a video file from my digital data?
