Generally speaking, I'm tired of your constant drone of "oh this is too costly" "oh sure there needs to be some corner-cutting over there" "oh poor TEPCO is going to go into receivership if they are to pay for the cleanup". I don't really care. There are well known and universally accepted standards for cleanup and you are advocating that everyone should just ignore them... for the love of money.
