So im a little confused about string theory will give us unification...

Could someone give me a short summary(if possible) of how discovering matter is made of vibrating energy will give explanation to all four fundamental forces?

There are certainly people here who can answer this, except that the explanation is long and probably more easily found elsewhere (have you tried the wikipedia page on string theory or similar?) The fact that strings are 1-dimensional objects cures certain problems that field theories based on point particles suffer. For instance, the finite size of strings removes singularities and regularizes many otherwise infinite quantities.
