Question about radiation.

Lets say I have a charged particle moving at relativistic speeds in a circle inside a dielectric
where it is traveling fast enough to emit cherenkov radiation. Would it emit cyclotron radiation at the same time. So we would have 2 light cones coming off of it.
And Lets say it was traveling in material where we could see quantum hall effects.
Would the cherenkov radiation come off in discrete pulses because of the electrons moving in jumps in the dielectric?
