Solipsism and Anxiety

Hello guys how are you?

Well, I've always been an anxious person... and when someday I came up with this concept in my mind, and I read it on the internet that it had a name (solipsism) I got pretty scared with the idea.

I think the problem is that I don't know how to deal with this.

So... I know that probably you are going to get a little mad if I ask you to disprove it because I know it had been asked before but... what I want to know is: How do you cope with the whole concept? Cause I feel like I've opened an pandora box...

I just want some rational relief :(

EXTRA: what about others ideas? like... "if this is a dream?"

If you truly believe in solipsism, please send me all of your money. Since it doesn't really exist, you clearly have nothing to lose. :)
