ABAQUS impact/collision/crash analysis

hi everyone,

i am working on a project recently by using ABAQUS as the analysis software,

is about impact analysis of 2 object, which contain a stationary rigid block and a moving structure.

do anyone have any tutorial on this?

coz i am not so familiar with ABAQUS.
