Hi There is no structural/civil section Is structural/civil not highly regarded

In summary, the lack of a structural/civil engineering section on this platform may be due to its primary focus on scientific research and experimentation rather than engineering design and analysis. However, this does not mean that structural/civil engineering is considered unimportant or not highly regarded on this platform. While there is no dedicated section, users are still welcome to discuss and share knowledge on this topic. There is no guarantee of a future addition of a structural/civil engineering section, but suggestions can always be made to the platform's administrators.

Hi! There is no structural/civil section! Is structural/civil not highly regarded in America?

For you civils/structurals: What would you recommend as a good speciality in civil/structural engineering, and why?

I'm not looking for the usual listings of specialities, but if anyone has any particular experience I would be VERY happy to hear it.

It's not listed because we don't get many questions about it, don't read anything into it about prestige.
