Book that would give an intro into engineering disciplines?

Is there a general book that would give me an introduction to the general engineering disciplines? I don't know anything about engineering, but it looks interesting and I would like to see how much I like doing it. I do know a lot about computer science and it seems to be paired with engineering sometimes, which is why I'm curious about engineering. Thanks for any suggestions.
