Fixing Quick Forum Jump: Update for Astronomy & Astrophysics Forums

In summary, the astrophysics forum no longer exists and returns a 404 error. The stargazing forum is also missing from the quick forum jump, and it is suggested that the General astronomy forum be renamed to Astronomy and Astrophysics. Additionally, the user is manually editing these changes and is still working on a typo.

The astrophysics forum no longer exists,so that returns a 404 error.
And there's no stargazing forum in the quick forum jump.
Also the General astronomy should be renamed to Astronomy and Astrophysics..
