Do you know the corresponding years of experience range for Intel pay

In summary, the typical years of experience range for Intel pay varies depending on the job position. On average, employees with 1-4 years of experience make about $80,000 per year, while those with 5-9 years of experience make around $100,000 per year. Intel determines the years of experience for pay by considering the number of years an employee has worked in a specific field or position, as well as any relevant education or training. The company does offer higher pay for employees with more years of experience, and there is no maximum years of experience range for Intel pay. Employees can negotiate their pay based on their years of experience, and it is important to research and use this information during negotiations.

I have heard grade 7 PhD, 8 is getting into management and a 9 is executive level? I would specifically like to know what the typical years in a 7 or 8 is. Is that about as high if a level as it gets for the average engineer there?
