Will the Fields Medal ceremony be broadcasted live this year?

In summary, the Fields Medal is a prestigious award given to mathematicians under the age of 40 for outstanding achievements in the field of mathematics. Eligibility for the medal is open to mathematicians from any country who are under the age of 40 at the start of the year in which the medal is awarded. The Fields Medal is awarded once every four years at the International Congress of Mathematicians. The selection process involves a committee of experts evaluating the contributions and achievements of nominees, who can be nominated by individuals or organizations. The Fields Medal ceremony is usually broadcasted live online, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 ceremony may be held virtually and the live video may be available on the International Mathematical Union's website.

This year the ICM 2010 (http://www.icm2010.org.in/ ) will give the Fields Medal.
I want to know (if somebody knows) if the ceremony will be transmited live on the inet, and if it is already known who are the winners.
Thanks
