Acidic, Basic, or nuetral?

If each was dissolved in water, will the solution be acidic, basic, or neutral?

1) (CH3)3N+Cl- Acidic
2) (CH3)4N+Cl- Nuetral

Are these right?

Okay, that one should be slightly acidic. A protonated weak base will be a weak acid.
