Naming Hot Pepper Sauces - Get a Free Sample!

Naming "Hot Stuff"...

All of you who know me and the ones who follow my posts but don't know me, I would like to ask your humble advice and input for seven hot pepper sauces, 2 mild, 2 medium, 1 hot, and one extremely hot. Sounds easy right ? Not quite.

I want names that the unscientific general public might be aware of, most likely not. They have to be reflect the intensities, mild, medium, hot, extremely hot in physics terms, one to three words, maybe four tops. This should be an interesting exercise. If I decide to use your name, I will send you a free sample of the sauce that you helped to name. Your feedback on it's taste will be most appreciated, of course.

Is it just me, less than a year ago, about 100 folks would read most every new thread on most PF forums, but in GD especially, that number seems to have doubled, a good thing IMHO. More minds to apply to the task at hand.

Maybe label them on Scoville scale, e.g., 800 K, 2 M, 16 M - as in Rhody's 16 M Hot Sauce.

Nice, I like this slowly creeping up on a solution, but those are adjectives, not physics related. Maybe a hybrid, physics & non physics for both worlds.

I am surprised no one suggested the infamous Quark Gluon Plasma, a favorite of mine.
I like the latin angle too, for those so included. After a few sessions with "The Bottle" I am sure I will come up with unique titles, that will survive a ficticious name search for naming the sauces. I want them to reflect a scientific appreciation, more important, to be one of a kind.
