In summary, some common problems with a 22" Vizio HDTV include no picture or sound, flickering screen, and distorted images or colors. To troubleshoot these issues, first check all connections and cables, and then try resetting the TV. If the TV is not turning on, it could be due to a power outage, faulty power outlet, or malfunctioning power supply. A frozen screen can be fixed by pressing the power button or unplugging and plugging the TV back in. Whether or not you can fix the problem yourself depends on the specific issue and your technical expertise. It's best to consult the TV's manual or contact Vizio's customer support for further assistance.

Can anyone help me diagnose what is wrong with my tv. I have a Xbox360 hooked up to a 22" Vizio HDTV through a HDMI cable. A few days ago it started freezing with colors scrolling down the screen. I have a video that somewhat shows the problem sorry for the bad quality it's a cell phone camera.

I'd look at the Xbox360 first. They're well known for freezing.

I can use the Xbox through the component cable though.
