If you think about it, every star that you can see on the night sky is someone/something's sun.

So there really is billions of suns that we can see every night.

Yeah, you can see that the light is bended in a circle, most likely caused by the lens.

Unless it's a camera fault

Sorry to nitpick, but it's only about three thousand.

To drag this discussion away from physics into the occult, the ancient mystics believed in 3 suns: the first represents the material world governed by the gnostic demiurgus (in Christianity the holy spirit), the second the light of intellect which is governed by Lucifer (the evils of intellect without faith), and the third, and greatest, sun represents the supreme light of faith, and is governed by the Christ.

After viewing an effect such as this it is easy to see where the ancients got these "3 suns" they were speculating about.

1. What is the phenomenon of "Three suns in the sky"?

The phenomenon of "Three suns in the sky" is also known as a "sun halo" or "parhelion". It occurs when ice crystals in the atmosphere refract sunlight, creating an optical illusion of three suns in the sky.

2. Is it rare to see three suns in the sky?

While seeing three suns in the sky may seem like a rare occurrence, it is actually more common than you might think. Sun halos can happen at any time of the year, but are most often seen in colder climates during the winter months.

3. How far apart are the three suns in the sky?

The three suns in the sky are not actually three separate suns, but a single sun that appears to be in three different places due to the refraction of light. The distance between these "suns" can vary, but they are typically within a few degrees of each other.

4. Can the three suns in the sky be seen from all locations on Earth?

No, the three suns in the sky can only be seen in certain locations on Earth where the conditions are right for the formation of a sun halo. These locations are typically in colder climates, such as the Arctic or Antarctic regions.

5. Are there any cultural or spiritual beliefs associated with seeing three suns in the sky?

In some cultures, seeing three suns in the sky is believed to be a sign of good luck or a blessing. In others, it may be seen as a warning of impending disaster. However, scientifically, the occurrence of three suns in the sky is simply a natural phenomenon and not associated with any specific beliefs or superstitions.
