applied laws of gravity and fluid flow

A cylinder, open at both ends, laying flat level is to be filled with a substance that will harden as cement. One end has a 90 elbow attached at one end in order to fill cylinder. The cylinder is 25 ft long and 1 ft in diameter. Will gravity alone take the fluid to the very end of the cylinder filling it completely before exiting at ends or not?
