I do not think that any book covers everything in QM, unless it has like 5000 pages hehe.

But if you mean a source that covers the "basics" of QM, you can compare the Table of contents with a good intro-book like "Introduction to Quantum Mechanics (2nd Edition) by David J. Griffiths"

[At least ch. 1-6 ; 8-9 and 11 should be covered in an first book in QM in my opinion]
