Are there any cures for Ricin poisoning?

Apparently a vaccine has been developed at Detrick Lab? How credible is this source, I found it via the footnote on the Ricin Wikipedia page.

And what will happen if you inject Ricin into Planaria? I suppose the Planaria will disintegrate because of the inhibition of protein synthesis?
