Conserved charge for boost !
In (3+1) dimension Poincare group has three types of Symmetries :
I. Space-time translations - 4 II. Spatial rotations -3 & III. Boosts -3 Among them, (I) implies "conservation of 4-momentum" , (II) implies "conservation of angular momentum" , But what "Physical entity" is conserved for BOOSTS ?? |
