Using Mathematica to Model a Source and Vortex

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm trying to use mathematica to model a vortex. I think I have the math right. I did a summation of stream functions, but as you can see, mathematica is having a hard time with the angles. The streamplot I get for the vortex doesn't really make sense. Any ideas on how to work around this?
