Convective heat transfer at altitude

does the convective heat transfer coefficient of air change at high altitude (due to lower density/pressure) if so how much and how does it translate with forced convection
http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/co...ferd_430.html says 10.45  v + 10 * sqrt v = q but that doesnt work at high speed and thats not even for a different density of air any equations would be useful
