If it is a file on your computer like a jpg, gif, bmp, etc..., scroll down to the "manage attachments" section and you can attach them (that's what you see as "thumbnails"). You may have to reduce the size.
To upload pictures to PF, you will first need to create an account. Once you have an account, navigate to the "Upload Photos" section and click on the "Choose File" button. Select the desired photo from your computer and click on "Upload". Your photo will then be uploaded to PF.
