Wind Belts - Oscillation

Have you guys heard of wind belts?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMojRXK14jU

How would you model the oscillation of the actual belt?

The oscillation depends on length, width, mass, tension and loss of the belt.

Less mass, higher frequency
Greater tension, higher frequency
Shorter length, higher frequency
Greater width, probably greater efficiency and lower frequency.
Low loss material, higher efficiency.
Greater loss, lower frequency and less efficiency.

I have no equation for the oscillation.
