hi, I am planning to go to grad school for bme but also interested in electrical engineering.
So before going to grad school, i want to take some useful and potential prequisite courses.

I would say as many of the lower division EE classes as you can. They would be useful for BME depending on what your focus is. Definitely try to fit in circuit theory though.
